Requirements
Those who passed SSC / Equivalence in 2018 or 2019 from Science group and passed HSC / Equivalence in 2020 or 2021 from Science group can apply for admission.
It is also included that You must have to acquire at least GPA 3.50 in SSC and HSC both. As well as you also have to acquire at least 3.00 in each of HSC physics, chemistry, math, biology. And the total grade point of these four subjects has to be 16.50 at least.
Exam procedure and Mark Distribution
- Question Pattern: There will be 100 questions from Physics-30 ,Chemistry – 30 , Math – 30 & English – 10 based on HSC 2020 examination syllabus.
- Total Mark is 200. And the value for each question is 2(two). The number 0.5 will be subtracted from your total number as punishment for the wrong answer.
- GPA Mark 100: GPA of SSC will be multiplied by 8.00 and GPA of HSC will be multiplied by 12.00
- Total time for examination is 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Number of seats
There is total 960 seats available in 8 textile engineering colleges. Each college has 4 departments and each department has only 30 seats available. There is 01 FFQ(freedom fighter) quota seat and 02 TRI (tribal) quota seats in each college.
