Birshreshtha Noor Mohammad Public College (BNMPC) (formerly Rifles Public School and College) is a Bangladeshi secondary school and college located at the headquarters of Border Guard Bangladesh in Peelkhana. Although originally established to ensure the education of the children of BGB members, everyone can study here.

The institution has primary and secondary education as well as a higher secondary education system. In the secondary branch, there is an opportunity to study in the science and commerce department, and in the higher secondary branch, as well as in the humanities department. Up to secondary, both Bengali and English versions can be studied.
It was established on 1st August 1966 with the provision of study up to 8th class. Recognized as a secondary school in 1986. For the first time in 1970, the students of the institute participated in the SSC examination. The institution was later transformed into a college in 1973 and for the first time in 1975 students participated in the HSC examinations. The English version of the company was launched in 2004. Due to the change in the name of Border Guard Bangladesh, the name of the organization also needs to be changed, which came into effect in 2011.
Students admitted in the first class and KG class are selected by a lottery system. Except for these two classes, all other classes of the school branch are admitted through admission tests subject to vacancies. Those who pass the written test in the school admission test are allowed to be admitted with the oral test. For admission in the college, according to the revised government rules, the opportunity of admission is given considering the results of the secondary examination.
Both the Bengali and English versions of the school follow the curriculum prescribed by the National Curriculum and Textbook Board of Bangladesh. The institution is approved by the Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Dhaka, Bangladesh. Students can participate in secondary and higher secondary examinations.
The Bengali version of the school has morning and afternoon shifts. In the morning shift, all the students from 5th class to 5th class and from 6th to 12th class take part. The afternoon shift is reserved for the remaining sixth to twelfth-grade students. All students in the English version take part in classes at the same time in the morning shift.
